3.Q:What's your MOQ and delivery time?   

A:Normally MOQ 12pcs for "KAN" logo for RTS order, we do both wholesaler and OEM/ODM. Normally it needs 15days if we have the stock tube, 35-45days for OEM.
4.Q: Do you offer OEM? Or can I print my own brand/logo on goods?

A: Yes, please give us the certification of register in advance.

5. Q: What's your MOQ if I want to print my own brand/logo?

A: 6,000 pcs for some items, it is better to ask us for details.    

6. Q: Can I make a small order to check the market first?

A: Yes, according to the limited quantity, it only can be the available design of our brand.(Such as buy our brand: kan)
7. Q. Can you send samples before our ordering the items?

A: Yes, sample can be free if in our brand, but I'm afraid the freight charge needs to be paid by you first.
8..Q:Can you offer all colors each item for samples?

A: Always we offer 1 or 2 color each item for free, all colors may not be

available.

9.Q: And what about the OEM sample, should I pay it, or just need to pay the freight charge?

A: The OEM sample should be designed and produced again by your requirement, so not only the freight charge, but also the designing and producing charge will be paid by you first, of course it'll refund to you after the order be confirmed as well.

10 Q: Are any of your products or ingredients tested on animals?

A: Never!
